"Its ok not to be ok and its absolutely ok to ask for help"
Mental Health week
20th - 24th of March
What are we up to for this week:
Boards in the hall
There are a collection of boards in the fronty bit of the school, they got info on stuff, I won’t go into detail so that I don't ruin them on you.
Students of the cycle against suicide crew worked hard on them so come out of class and have a gander.
Mental health Survival Packs
We are giving out FOR FREE, a bag of goodies tied to the idea of mental health.
These will contain sweets, inspiring message, a tea bag, origami and more.
We hope they will cheer you up on your bad days and bring out your creative sides.
Mario Kart Eight
We are holding a Mario Kart tournament on Wednesday the 22nd.
Put your team of two names on a piece of paper then put it into the mario Kart box outside the Office.
Fair warning, I am amazing at Mario Kart.
Movie afternoon
First years were treated with a movie in the concert hall.
We changed the room into a cinema for one night only and besides for some technical difficulties it all worked out.
We watched the excellent Pixar movie "Inside Out".
Humorfit Drama Group
The Humorfit Drama Group visited the school.
They presented themselves to 1st, 2nd,3rd,Ty and 5th Year students.
Fun times were had for all.
Take care of yourself
This not advice, it was a talk given to TY ang 6th years student.
It was held in the gym on Wednesday the 22nd.

There is a number of ways you can join the cycle against suicide, just talk to miss Carroll if you are interested in helping.
A number of spelling mistakes have been fixed after they were pointed out to me, if you find any more mistakes on this page ignore them.
